摘要: 【摘要】 皮肤表面定植着众多微生物,宿主与共生微生物之间依赖免疫细胞和分子网络相互作用,建立并维持皮肤的健康稳态。发生皮肤疾病时皮肤菌群发生改变,并可能参与多种炎症性皮肤病如银屑病、特应性皮炎、痤疮等的发病。本文综述生理状态下及发生炎症性皮肤病时皮肤微生物及其代谢产物与宿主相互作用的研究进展。

关键词: 微生物群落, 皮肤, 免疫系统过程, 炎症性皮肤病

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Numerous microbes colonize the surface of the skin, and the host interacts with commensal microbes depending on the immune cells and molecular networks to establish and maintain skin homeostasis. Alterations of skin microbiota under pathological conditions may be involved in the occurrence of various inflammatory skin diseases, such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis and acne. This review summarizes advances in the interaction of skin microbes and their metabolites with the host in physiological conditions and inflammatory diseases.
