Mutilation of glans penis caused by penile tuberculide: a case report

Abstract:

A 28-year-old man repeatedly suffered from popular, papulopustule and ulcers about 10 years. PPD test showed positive (++++); acid-fast bacilli was observed in the sputum smear; the radiography and spiral CT scanning showed old calcified lesions of the lung and endobronchial tuberculosis; Culture of the lesion was negative for Mycobacterium. pathological examination showed mild edema in epidermis, and lymphocytic infiltration-dominated Inflammation in derma that had visible nuclear fragmentation and focal necrosis, and vasculitis-like changes.
