Abstract:

[Abstract] Objective：To study the clinical effects of autologous fat globules in correction of the deformity of facial depression.Mehtods：Fat globule harvested by suction with syninge,after panfication,was injected into defect areas in an amount of 10% over that estimated.Results：In this series,there were 40 cases with 29sitees;of them 15 cases had the deformities corrected. Only with one time, but 25 cases needed secondary injection. The results of a follow-up 3~12 months was satisfying with external shape.Conclusion：The results show that a fairly clinical effect of implantation of autologous fat globules in correction of deformity of facial depression would be gain.Key words diposuction with injection syringe; implantation of autologous fat globules; deformity of facial depression
