Abstract: The serum levels of T-Ch, HDL-Ch and ApoB in psoriasis vulgaris' were determined. The mean values±SD of them obtained were 179.0±40.7mg/dl, 53.0±14.4mg/dl, and 99.3±11.2mg/dl respectively. In comparison with the normal control value, the ApoB values were significantly higher, and the T-Ch levels were within the normal range, The authors suggest that the higher ApoB level may be explained by an increase of the VLDL content. It may be of some value both clinitally and theoretically is the study of the relationship between psoriasis vulgaris and apolipoprotein B.
