Abstract: Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Clomplex(ABC).ELISA was established to diagnose coccal meningitis successfully.The result showed that it had high specificity, and it could detect cryptoonecal capsular polysae charidc (CCP) at the concentration. of 1.95ng/ml. It was convenient, in practising. The result could be read in 8 hours. It was suggested that ABC-BLISA war a sensitive and specific sew method in the rapid diagnosis of cryptococcal meningitis.
