Abstract: 【Abstract】 Due to the unique structure of the ear, tumor resection surgery can easily lead to exposed auricular cartilage, making the repair of postoperative defects more challenging. In this case report, the fenestration of auricular cartilage with secondary intention healing was used in a case of an ear tumor for the repair of postoperative defects after tumor resection, resulting in a good postoperative recovery.
