Abstract: 【Abstract】 Atopic dermatitis is a chronic relapsing inflammatory dermatosis with heterogeneity at different body sites. Atopic dermatitis of the head and neck has received increasing attention as a special-site subtype. This review summarizes the research progress in atopic dermatitis of the head and neck from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, auxiliary examinations, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, as well as treatment and management, aiming to provide new ideas for its clinical diagnosis and treatment.
