Trichoadenoma of Nikolowski

Abstract:

A case of Trichoadenoma of Nikolowski is reported. A 75-year-old male developed an asymptomatic pallide-flavens nodule which is about 2.5×2.5cm of the size on the left pars zygomatica for about two years. Histologically it was an intradermal lesion with clear bouncary. The lesion is composed of multiple solid epithelial nests and masses and keratinous cysts surrounded by a proliferation of eosinophilic epidermoid cells. The diagnosis of Trichoadenoma is reached.
