Abstract:

A case of Malignant Eccrine Poroma is reported. A 54-year-old man presented with a nodule on the left leg for about 20 years, with superficial ulceration in the recent 3 months. Histopathology after excision of the lesion showed the tumor located in epidermis, epithelial cells with pale cytoplasm form nests and cords with obviously atypia such as irregularly-shaped nuclei, and numerous mitotic figures.Tumour cells involve the epidermis in a pagetoid fashion. Immunohistochemical analysis showed that the tumor cells stained positive with EMA and AE1/AE3,but not for CK7. And the PAS stain is negtive. These findings were consistent with Malignant Eccrine Poroma.
