The 51-year-old woman complained of painful extensive erosions, ulcerations in the mucosa of entire oral cavity, tongue, lips and genitalia with generalized eruptions for two weeks. She had suffered from diffuse lymph node enlargement for 1 year. The histopathology of skin lesions showed acantholysis, keratinocyte necrosis and vacuolar interface dermatitis suggested paraneoplastic pemphigus.
