A case of systemic lupus erythematous with increased intracranial pressure as first manifestation

Abstract:

We report a 28-year-old female SLE patient with intracranial hypertension syndrome(IHS) as Initial Manifestations. 4 month ago, she were treated by ventriculo-peritoneal shunt for IHS .She has recurrent headache 2 month ago, simultaneous swelling of the extremities, wandering pain in the joint of extremities, albuminuria, ANA positive and anemia.1month ago she suffering from dyspnea after activity, 1 week ago CT shows serous fluid, without cutaneous lesion. She was successfully treated by prednisolone, gamma globulin and cyclophosphamide.
