A case of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome

Abstract:

[Abstract] A case of Ehlers-Danlos syndromes is reported. A 7- year- old girl has had hurt her crura easily and the injury healed up uneasily for 4 years. The histopathology of skin lesions showed the collagen fibers of the dermis became thin, disconnection and the pigmentation was light. Weigert- van Gieson staining showed the quantity of elastic fibers increased obviously. Diagnose: Ehlers-Danlos syndromes.
