Abstract: the theory of factional photothermolysis was a new theory developed in these yeas for the cutaneous laser therapy. The fractional laser based on this theory was used in clinic for skin laxity, wrinkle and acne atrophic scar. The reviewing introduced both the theory and the practise in clinic.
