Abstract:

Objective：To discuss the main allergens which could induce allergic diseases, and the difference of allergens in different sex or age in DaLian. Methods: Retrospective study of skin prick test results of 1,059 allergic disease patients in our out-patient clinic was carried out. Results: The total positive rate was 92.4% with dermatophagoides pteronyssinus 45.8%, dermatophagoides farinae 42.3%, trichophytoo mentagrophytes 34.1%, moulds Ⅱ27% and moulds Ⅰ21.7%. 74.9% patients were allergic to three or more allergens. The positive rates of trichophytoo mentagrophytes、hay、shrimp、hen’s egg (whole) and mutton were related to sex. The positive rates of Trichophytoo mentagrophytes and moulds Ⅰwere related to age. Conclusions: Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus、 dermatophagoides farinae、trichophytoo mentagrophytes and moulds were the most frequent allergens in DaLian. The positive rate of trichophytoo mentagrophytes、hay、shrimp、hen’s eggs(whole) and mutton in male was obviously higher than that in female. The positive rates of trichophytoo mentagrophytes and moulds in old people increase obviously.
