Polychondritis relapsing:a case report

Abstract: Abstract Objective: To summarize the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and the treatment of Relapsing Polychondritis, which help to early diagnoses, and avoid delayed therapy. Methed: We reviewed the articals about Relapsing Polychondritis, and analyzed one case of Relapsing Polychondritis in clinical data. Result:Relapsing Polychondritis is a relapsing and progressing inflammation reaction involving cartilage of the body from head to foot, which is a unusual disease, and had something to do with self-immunity. But at the present time there isn’t any specially good effect treatment. Conclusion:The clinical symptoms is associated with the involving position of the joints. When the cartilage of the jionts shrunk and sunk , the function of the jionts was impacted, or even endanger the life of the patients. Because the initial clinical characteristics wasn’t representative, the fallibility and leak diagnosis were tended, and then might delay the therapy. So the early diagnosis is significant. The therapy of this case of Relapsing Polychondritis was efficient, and patient was under tracking.
