Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ³²P with different methods for the treatment of different types of superficial hemangioma.Methods Four different therapeutic approaches:injection of colloid ³²P with bleomycin A₅,injection of colloid ³²P alone,both injection and external use of ³²P,and external use of ³²P alone,were applied to treat different types of hemangioma.Results Curative rates were 91.74% for cavernous hemangioma,97.36% for strawberry hemangioma,95.60% for mixed hemangioma,79.07% for plexiform hemangioma,and 58.97% for port-wine nevus.Conclusion ³²P is an effective approach for the treatment of superficial hemangioma.
