The Course of Psoriasis Vulgaris:Analysis of 730 Cases of Long-term Follow-up

Abstract: This study reports the results of 730 cases of psoriasis vulgaris followed up for 20-30-years. The data revealed thatm ostpatients relieved to some extentduring the courses,in some patients-skin lesions even com pletely disappeared for a long period, and only in few cases skin lesions rem ained-severe for a long period. There were 6 patterns of courses after the first attack of psoriasis vulgaris.The use of antineoplastic drugs for treating psoriasis may have negative effect in the long run.
