Abstract: The serum antibodies to extractable nuclear antigen (ENA) polypeptides in 61 SLE patients with and without Raynaud's phenomenon (RP).detected by immunoblotting technique (IBT), etc. The results showed that the positive rates of anti-RNP antibxlies to 730Q0, A (32000), B'(29000) arttl C (17500) polypeptides were significatrtly higher in 30 patients with RP than those in 31 patients without RP. By comparing the clinical features of the RP patients and the patients with anti-RNP antibodies, it was indicated that the anti-RNP antibodies might not be the only pathogenic factor causing the RP in patients with SLE, and the antibodies might not be related to a lower renal disorder prevalence in SLE patients with RP.
