Localization, Qnantificalion and Bioche-mical Properties of Lipase of Pityrosporum

Abstract: Cultivated Pityrosporum yeast cells in liquid culhxre medium containing glycine and Tween 80 were divided into medium (extracellular fraction), extracts of cell (soluble fraction) and suspended cell debris (insoluble fraction) by centrifuge and homogenization.
