Abstract: BXSB mice with different ages and both sexes were tested for anti-nuclear antibody (ANA) level in sera and immunoglobuiin (1g) deposits in renal glomeruli. The positive results of two assays increased with the increasing of the age of mice, and those of male mice were higher than in female ones at the same age.
