Abstract: In this paper,fifty-two cases of condyloma acuminatum(CA) were studied histopathologically and immunohistochemically. The result of histopathologieal cxsatnination showed that rite characteristic changes of vaculnated cells(koilocytes) could be found in 94%,of the sections. But their absence did not rule out the possibility of CA.With the anti-PV-Ag PAP immunohistochemical technique, the positive gate of PV-Ag was 67.3%.In the same time, the positive rate of immunochemical study was higher in the moderately and severely vacuol aced cells than those in the mildly vacuolated which indicated that the former contained more mature viral panicles and might be the advanced effects of the vital infection.
