Abstract: The purpose of this study is to establish a method with which cryptococcal capsular polysaccharide (CCP) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of cryptococcal meningitis patients can be detected by Immunoradiometric Assays (IRMA),then put it into use for the clinical diagnosis of cryptococcal meningitis.
