Rhabdomyosarcoma:report of 1 case with histopathologic immunohistochemical and electron microscopic observation

Abstract: A 7-year old boy with a tumor on his chin for 2 years is reported. The specimen, of hip first biopsy was diagnosed as malignant angioendothelioma, hemangiopericytoma, malignant tumor of histiocyte and melanoma by different pathologists' Using reticular fiber stain Marion-Fontana stain, Phospho-tungstenic and hemataxylin stain and immunohistochomical stain by monoclonal antibodies of anti-vascular endothlial cell,anti-desmin,anti-myoglobin,as well as electron microscopy,summing up all the result, the diagnosis of rhabdomyosarcorma was confirmed.The clinical,pathological and treatment of rhabdomyosarcoma was discussed.
