Abstract: in this study, we determined the plasma levels of testosterone and dihydrotestosterone and estrogen in 35 patients with acne and 27 normal subjects with RIA. Dihydrotestoster-one level from the skin specimens of the inter-scapular lesional and uninvolved region from 20 of 35 patients with acne and l0 normal conuols were also assaved.
