Abstract: Histopathvlvgical and ultrastructural changes of 7 cases of actinic granulomas were observed.The histopathvlvgical changes consisted of basophilic degeneration of collagen fibers inthe upper-middle portion of derma in whichor at the vicinity of the lesion spread some hiatiocytes,foreign-body giant cells,lymphocytes and plasma cells.
