Abstract: HLA-A, B antigens were determined in 17 families with more than one patient and 109 unrelated paoriatic patients, of Han Nationality, Jiangsu Province. Increased frequency of HLA-A3, B13 and decreased frequency of HLA-All were fated in paoriatic patients. Analysis of inheritance mode showed psoriasis is neither antosomal dominant nor autosomal recessirve.
