Abstract: The assoiciation of IiLA antigens with vitiligo is reported.HL.A-A,B typing was performed on 100 unrelated vitiligo paitents of Jiangsu Han nationality,inculding 40 patients with generalized vitiligo,30 with localized vitiiigo and 30 with segmental vitiligo.The results showed that vitiligo was associated with HLA-A2 and HLA-A3.However,the frequecies of HLA in the patients with different clinic types were not dicnticaI.The generalized type was found to be significantly associated with HLA-A2 and HLA-A3,the lcoalized type only associated with HLA-A3.No definite HLA antigen was found to be associated with the segmcrrtal type.The results suggest that the pathogensis of vitiligo of three types be different.
