Abstract: The sera and/or periheral Iymphocytrs from SLE patients with Ieucopenia were examined by using the: double layer soft agar assay method for their inhibitory activity to normal colony forming unite-granulocyte-monocyte(CRU-GM).In these cases,either sera or lymphocytes supressed normal txuman bone marrow CFU-GM growth.The results suggest at imanune mechanism in the 8LE patients might impair hemahaietic progenitors in the bone marrow,causing various hematologic disorders.
