Abstract: The results of the clinical and histopathologic. studies of 41 cases of pemphigucs are presented. Of 41 cases, 12 cases were pemphigus vulgaris, 27 cases were pemphigus erytiiematosus, and 2 cases were pemphigus foliaceus. The conditions of all cases were mild, and cone of them severe and progressive. In generzl the clinical remission might be obtained to prednisone with a dosage of 40~60 mg per day. The serious side effects were rare.
