Abstract: An autoantibody was found in normal human sera, which can react with keratin on the cryostatic sections of normal human skin by the indirect immunofluorescence method. The fluorescence is mainly located between the stratum corneum and the stratum Tranulosum. 105 normal adult sera were tested for IgG autoantibody with a positive rate of 66.67%.
