Abstract: This paper reports the results of using serological method,the agglutination and exoantigen tests to compare the antigenticity of the black yeasts.3 species-7 cultures were studied.The results indicated that vrith agglutination test W.dermatitidis could be differentiated from Exophiala genus,but not for E.jeanselmei and E.spinifera.The exoantigen test could be used to differentiate E.jeanselmei from E.spinifera and W.dermatitidis.There was no antigenic relationship between black yeasts and F.pedrosoi and P.verrucosa.
