Abstract: This paper presents the DIF results of 30 cases of bullous diseases. The authors point out that the DIF test is a valuable tool for the early dignosis, the clarification of the mechanism of bullous diseases and the classification of some not well characterized lmllous diseases, such as herpetiform pcmphigus. In addition, the paper also discusses some key points to be noted in making the test.
