Abstract: Characterization of cell infiltrates in the skin lesion of one case of atopic dermatitis was examined with various monoclonal antibodies against T lymphocyte and its subsets. It was shown that the majority of the infiltrating cells in this patient reacted with the monoclonal antibodies Leu4 and Leu3 suggesting that they were T helper/inducer cells.
