Abstract: Rat Langerhans calls also express In antigens and ATPase activities on their surfaces. Langerhans cells in adult rat epidermis can be clearlp seen with indirect, immunofluorescence staining for Ia antigens; whereas the ATPase staining can be used for examining Langerhaas cells in neonatal rat epidermis.
