Abstract: This study reports the clinical. histological examination of nodular scabies is 49 patients in Zigong city of Sichuan Province. From January to March 1982. the incidence of nodular scabies in 3567 dermatological outpatients was about 1.37%. The patients were all male with their ages ranging from 13 to 61 years.The lesions was 2 to 15 in number non-grouping and mainly localized to the scrotum and penis. In most cases it occurs after scabies had appeared for a week. Biopsies were taken from nodular lesions of there patients. Mite,egg or excreta of the mite were seen is the serial sections in 5 cases, The histopathological pictures is these patients were entially the same. they showed extensive and polymorphic dermal infiltrates.
