Abstract: This article reported 37 cases of psoriasis with positive family history. There were 234 persons in 37 families of which 111 persons suffering from psoriasis, 57 males and 54 females. There were 7 persons suffering from psoriasis in one family with four succesive generations. Thirty-two patients were found is six families with three succesive gene at kones.
