Abstract: In this article Tγ cells of 62 patients with psoriasis before: treatment and 100 healthy controls were investigated by means of a rosette method for the Fc fragment of human IgG receptor-bearing Hymphocytes. The mean percentage of Tγ cells of the patient group wes significantly lower than. that of control group, After 30-60 days of treatment, 32 of 62 cases were tested again, Tγ cells of 20 markedly improved cases increased.obviously, wliile 12, cases with poor response were still in lower level,The results showed that increasing or decreasing of Tγ cells were related with improving or exacerbating of the disease. There fore it might reflect the cellular immunological state in the patients with psoriasis. The authors consider that the determination of Tγ cells seems to be of clinical significance especially in judgement of the therapeutic effect and the prognosis of the diseage,
