Abstract: This paper reported an epidemiological survey for sporotrichosis in Baicheng District of Jilin Province in 1963 and 1979.199 cases of sperotrichosis were defected. Of them 73% of cases was fixed type 12% of cases was lymphatic type and 15% of cases was mixed type, Another series of 74 cases of sporotrichosis in paper mill in lilin was reported by the author is 1964. All these cases had close contact with reeds whichs grow in Baicheng District where is an endepiic area of sporotrichosis.
