Abstract: Complement dependent lvmphocvtotoiicitv test was used to detect B lympnocyte coid antibody,52 cases of SLE; were determined,30 normal subjects were as control.The results showed that 37(71.2%) positive antisera of B cold antibody were found in SLE group,and.only 2(6.67%) positive samples in normal group.
