Abstract: 156 workers of the Qingdao Dyestuffs Factory who were manufacturing disperse blue 2-BLN were investigated.for occupational dermatoses.The authors found.pigmentatioa over the face(chloasmalike lesion) in 79(50%),deep blue staining of the hands in 63(40%),pruritus in 54(34%) eczema is 13 (8%),upper respiratory tract irritation is 9(6%) and no skin symptoms and signs only in 30(18.5%).
