摘要： 木文对48例结缔组织病作了临床肌电图分析,发现在SLE和皮肌炎患者中除肌原性损害外,神经原性和混合性损害亦不少见.这证明部分SLE和皮肌炎患者在临床神经症状出现之前,肌电图已有异常表现.因此,肌电图能及早发现本组疾病中所并有的神经损害.对临床诊断有一定参考价值.

Abstract: The electromyographic manifestaions of 43 patients with connective tissue disease are analysed.It was found that in the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)and dermatomyositis(DM) besides myogenic patterm neurogenic and mixed patterns of EMG were not rare.It demonstrated that before the onset of clinical symptoms of nervous system,there might be abnormal EMG in part,of the patients with SLE and DM.Tlie result suggests that EMG may be useful in the early detection of nervous lesions and the clinical diagnosis of connective tissue diseases.
