58例SLE患者血凝一纤溶若干指标的临床观察

摘要： 对58例SLE患者的血凝-纤溶5项指标(Fbg,FDP,PT,KPTT,ELT)作了测定.并说明其临床意义.在SLE中可存在不同程度的高凝状态与代偿性纤溶增强.其高凝状态与内醉损害有关、尤为肾损为最著.作者认为观察木病血凝-纤溶变化有助于临床预后判断和疗效评价.

Abstract: Fifty-eight patients with SLE were investigaled on five parameters(Fbg,FDP,PT,KPTT,ELT) of the coagulation-fibrinolysis,and the clinical significance of these:parameters was discussed.The hypercoagulative state aad the enhancement of the compensatory fibrinolysis in various degrees existed in the SLE patients.The former might be related to the lesions in different viscera,especially to those in the kidneys.
