摘要： 对59例寻常型银屑病测定了血清唾液酸、环核普酸和免疫学水平:结果提示唾浓酸增高.cAMP降低.cGMp增高,T细胞功能异常等.本文还就上述测定的相互关系和银屑病的发病机理作了讨论.

Abstract: Serum sialic acid,cyclic nucleotide and some immunologic tests of 59 cases of psoriasis vulgaris were determined.Results showed increase of sialic acid,cAMP decrease,cGMP increase and abnormal T-cell function etc.The correlation of above determination sand the pathogenesis of psoriasis have been discussed.
