聚合酶链反应检测结节病皮损中的结核杆菌DNA

摘要: 结节病的病因至今不明.已经有研究表明病原性微生物,特别是结核杆菌及螺旋体感染可能是结节病的病因.为证实结核杆菌感染在结节病发病中的作用,我们利用聚合酶链反应从12例结节病病人的福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋的皮肤活检标本中检测结核杆菌DNA,结果4例病人阳性.从而提示,结核杆菌感染可能是结节病的病因之一.

Abstract: The cause of sarcoidosis is still unknown.However,the histological similarity between the disorder and tuberculosis suggests that M.tuberculosis might contribute to the pathogenesis of sarcoidosis.In attempting to confirm the relation between M.tuberculosis and sarcoidosis,we used the polymerase chain reaction to detect M.tuberculosis DNA from formalin-fixed,paraffin-embeded skin biopsy specimens of 12 patients with sarcoidosis,M.tuberculosis DNA was found in 4 patients.This finding suggests an aetiological role for M.tuberculosis in sarcoidosis.
