藤黄外用治疗生殖器疱疹患者的临床疗效和实验室研究

摘要： 目的 实验室观察藤黄对单纯疱疹病毒2型(HSV-2)的抑制活性以及在临床上对生殖器疱疹的疗效.方法 107例生殖器疱疹患者随机分为4组,分别用病毒唑肌注+藤黄酊外擦、病毒唑肌注+阿昔洛韦软膏外擦、病毒唑肌注+酞丁胺擦剂和病毒唑肌注+1%美兰外擦4组.治疗7d,追踪观察半年.实验室中Vero细胞体外培养检测藤黄对HSV-2的抑制活性.结果 4组治疗组中,藤黄组和阿昔洛韦组疗效显著,用药后起效时间较快,复发率较低.实验室中藤黄的质量浓度为10-10g/L时,在Vero细胞上对HSV-2有直接抑制作用.结论 藤黄对HSV-2在体外有抑制作用,外用有较好的疗效,可以临床上推广应用.

Abstract: Objective To investigate the inhibitory activity of Gacinia morella Desv(GMD) on HSV-2 and its clinical therapeutical effect on herpes genitalis.Methods One hundred and seven cases of herpes genitalis were allocated to one of the four treatment groups at random:① virazole intramuscular injection with topical GMD tincture,② virazole intramusculur injection with topical aciclovir cream,③ virazole intramuscular injection with topical 0.5% Ftibamzone liniment,and ④ virazole intramuscular injection with topical 1% methylene blue,respectively The treatment lasted for 7 days and follow-up for half a year In laboratory the inhibitory activity of GMD on HSV-2 was examined through the culture on Vero cells.Results Of the four groups,the clinical responses of the first two groups were notable with lower rate of recurrence and quick improvement.In vitro,when the concentration of GMD was 10-10g/L,it showed a direct inhibitory effect on HSV-2.Conclusion The Chinese herbal medicine GMD has an inhibitory effect on HSV-2 in vitro,and has good therapeutic effect,it might be widely used in clinic.
