银屑病患者皮肤中PGE2和PGF2α含量及其意义的初步探讨

摘要： 本文用放免法测定了20例银屑病患者和20例正常人皮肤(含表皮和真皮)中PGE2和PGF2α含量.结果表明损害组PGF2和PGF2α含量明显高于无损害组和正常对照组,无损害组PGF2/PGF2α值明显高于损害组和正常对照组.正常对照组PGF2和PPGF2α间有显著正相关性.损害组和无损害组PGEE和PGFaa间无显著相关性.提示银屑病皮损的发生与PGF2和PGF2α含量增高有关,银屑病皮肤PGF2和PGF2α的代谢不平衡.

Abstract: The PGE2 and PGE2α levels in the skin including epidermis and dermis from 20 cases of psoriasis and 20 normal persons were determined by the RIA. results showed that the PGE2 and PGF2α levels in the involved skin were significantly higher than those of the uninvolved control group.The ratio of PGE2/PGE2α in the uninvolved skin group was sigaifieantjy higher than that of the involved and control group.
