银屑病患者PMN对表皮细胞的增殖作用

摘要： 本文应用细胞培养、示踪元素标记和放射自显影等技术,对提纯的银屑病患者的中性多形核白细胞(PMN)促进培养的人表皮角朊细胞和裸鼠表皮细胞内的DNA合成的作用进行了观察,发现银屑病患者PMN对表皮细胞有明显的促进增殖作用.从而为银屑病发病机理的进一步阐明和提高临床疗效提供了有益的参考.

Abstract: We observed the effects of psoriatic FMN on the increasing of DNA synthesis of the human epidermal keratinorytes in culture and the epidermal cells of nude mice using following techniques and methods: culture of human epidermal cells, labelled tracer element and autoratieograpkty. It was found that psoriatic PMN had obvious effects of increasing DNA synthesis pf epidermal cells and promoting the proliferation of epidermis.
