摘要/Abstract

摘要： 【摘要】软组织肿瘤相对少见，诊断颇具挑战性。随着分子遗传学技术的发展和临床应用，以及对肿瘤分子发病机制理解的增加，多种新的肿瘤实体和亚型被发现。本文介绍了新报道的几种皮肤软组织肿瘤及亚型，着重阐述其临床表现、组织学特点、免疫表型、分子遗传学特点及相应的鉴别诊断，以帮助皮肤科医师更好地认识相关疾病。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Soft tissue tumors are relatively rare, and their diagnosis remains challenging. Advanced molecular genetic techniques have significantly accelerated the understanding of tumor pathogenesis. As a result, a multitude of novel tumor entities and subtypes have been identified. To deepen dermatologists' understanding of these entities, this article focuses on several recently reported cutaneous soft tissue tumors and their subtypes, presenting their clinical manifestations, histological and immunophenotypic features, genetic characteristics, and differential diagnoses.
