摘要: 【摘要】 随着人口老龄化加剧及生活方式的改变,伤口疾病谱系逐渐变化,慢性伤口发病率逐渐增高。慢性伤口的治疗存在许多挑战,迫切需要更有效的治疗方法。基于生物工程技术的皮肤替代物是慢性伤口治疗研究领域的热点。本文就表皮、真皮和复合皮肤替代物在慢性伤口中的研究与应用进展进行总结。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 With the aging of the population and changes in lifestyle, the spectrum of wound diseases is gradually changing, and the incidence of chronic wounds is gradually increasing. There exist many challenges in the treatment of chronic wounds and an urgent need for more effective treatments. In the field of chronic wound treatment, skin substitutes based on bioengineering technology have emerged as a research hotspot. This review summarizes recent research and application progress of epidermal, dermal and composite skin substitutes in chronic wounds.
