摘要: 【摘要】 为提高皮肤科医生及广大基层医务人员对慢性荨麻疹的认识,便于为患者普及该病的知识,提供用药和生活上的科学指导,中华医学会皮肤性病学分会荨麻疹研究中心联合中国医师协会皮肤科医师分会变态反应性疾病学组,组织部分专家,经集体讨论,筛选出15道与慢性荨麻疹相关的常见问题,涉及慢性荨麻疹的定义、病因、相关检查、治疗选择、注意事项等方面,以科普问答形式制订本宣教指南。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 In order to promote the understanding of chronic urticaria among dermatologists and primary healthcare workers, to popularize the knowledge of the disease for patients, and to provide scientific suggestions on medication and life management for patients, the Centre for Urticaria Research of Chinese Society of Dermatology and Group on Allergic Diseases of China Dermatologist Association organized some experts to screen out 15 common questions related to chronic urticaria after collective discussion, involving definition, etiology, related examinations, treatment options of chronic urticaria and considerations during medication, and give professional answers to these questions. This guideline is formulated in a question-and-answer format, with a view to providing guidance on education of patients with chronic urticaria for dermatologists.
